Admin

In the Administrative Leadership practicum, students will learn the inner workings of the church. They will experience behind the scenes and get a true sense of how to run a church efficiently and effectively. Some of the responsibilities include planning and coordinating events, coordinating and organizing large groups and planning LVBC trips.

Community

In the Community practicum, students will have the opportunity to plan and coordinate local outreach events. Students will serve alongside our Free Market ministry, distributing food and clothing to families in need. Students will know how to plan outreach events, coordinate volunteers and build relationships with non-profit organizations in the Las Vegas valley.

Worship

Students in the Worship Leadership practicum experience training that will challenge and equip head, heart and hands to better to lead others in worship. Students play an integral part in crafting our worship experiences with selecting song sets and song arrangements. Worship students are entrusted with leading our all expressions at Church LV from Kids to Youth to Weekends.

Kids

The Church Kids Practicum offers weekly opportunities to minister to children between the ages of zero to eleven-years-old. During the week, the kids team writes and prepares curriculum, disciples the kids and dream team and plans all Church Kids events. Church Kids students will become proficient in public speaking, lesson planning, kids ministry, office administration, event planning and more.

Creative Media

Students in the Creative Media practicum will have the opportunity to learn all things media, including but not limited to: production, stage lighting, stage design, stage directing, photography, videography, graphic design, social media, marketing, copywriting and more. Media students are encouraged to explore their creativity for the sake of building the church.

Youth

In the Church Yth practicum, students will have the opportunity to help reach and lead the next generation. Yth students will learn how to help young people take their next steps in the relationship with Jesus, plan and execute youth nights, events and Dedicated Conference, as well as develop lessons for junior high students on the weekends.
